We bought our NC lake house while living in CA thanks to Nicollette’s traveling over 50 miles each way to take pictures of our dream house to send to us. The sale of our home in Kannapolis, NC was unbelievably grueling. You helped us stage the home and helped us emotionally when everything seemed to be working against us. And never did I see such veracity when the purchaser's banker failed to produce the closing documents causing the sale to be postponed for almost a week. Then dealing with the owners of the home in Rockwell was so stressful. The owner locked us out of the house, so that no final inspection could be made. You made an emergency run out to the property so as to be sure it would be alright to close. We could not have asked for a more wonderful realtor who is not only a "professional's" professional, but you went many extra miles to help us. We have had the joy of knowing you for at least 20 years when you sold our condo in Charlotte and have been absolutely wonderful every time we have needed you.
